We collect only what's necessary to run what you ask us to run.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication data through our secure login providers.
Wallet Addresses: We store the public addresses of the wallets you connect or provision, so we can read balances, reconcile state, and execute the strategies you arm. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.
Strategy Content: The plain-language text you write, the compiled program it produces, and the limits you set. This is necessary to run, reproduce, and audit what executed.
Execution Records: For every action a strategy takes, we retain the decision inputs, the resulting transaction, and a signed record of both. These records are what let you and we verify what happened; they are retained as an integrity log and are not deleted on request except where the law requires it.
Usage Data: Anonymized data about how you use Mounte — pages visited, features used, session duration.
Device Information: Basic device and browser information for security and optimization purposes.
To run your strategies, prove what happened, and keep it safe.
Running Your Strategies: To compile, validate, arm, and execute the programs you authorize, and to enforce the limits you set.
Safety and Reconciliation: To compare on-chain state against our records before and during execution, and to halt when they disagree.
Verification: To produce signed execution records you can replay and check independently.
Service Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve platform features and performance.
Communication: To send important updates about your account, your running strategies, or changes to our services (you can opt out of marketing communications, but not operational notices about strategies you have armed).
Security: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity and protect your account.
We don't sell your data. Period.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics, etc.). These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the new entity under the same privacy protections.
How we protect your data and bound what our key can do.
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Access Controls: Strict access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access user data, and only when necessary.
Infrastructure: We host on Google Cloud Platform. (SOC 2 compliance referenced here is Google Cloud's, not a certification Mounte itself currently holds.)
No Private Keys: We never request, store, or have access to your wallet private keys or seed phrase. The key Mounte holds to execute your strategies is scoped by policy to swaps routed to allowlisted venues, with the destination bound to your own wallet — it cannot move your assets anywhere else, and you can revoke it at any time.
Security Review: Safety-critical changes to the execution path are independently reviewed before they ship. We do not yet hold a third-party security audit or penetration-test certification; we will say so plainly here when we do.
You control your data.
Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update or correct your account information at any time.
Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it, and except for the signed execution records described above — those are an integrity log of actions taken on-chain and cannot be selectively rewritten without destroying their purpose.
Portability: You can request your data in a portable format.
Opt-Out: You can opt out of marketing communications and certain data processing activities.

Essential Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and security. These cannot be disabled as they're necessary for the platform to function.
Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics to understand how users interact with our platform. This data is anonymized and aggregated.
No Ad Tracking: We do not use advertising cookies or trackers. We do not participate in ad networks or sell data to advertisers.
